    Joining is easy and completely free! Sign up at checkout by checking ‘Join Wood Candle Co rewards!’. Join in person with your phone number at checkout.

  • How does the loyalty program work?

    Our loyalty program rewards you with points for every purchase. You earn 1 point per $1 spent. Once you accumulate enough points, you can redeem them for free products like wax melts and candles!

  • How can I check my point balance?

    After each purchase, you’ll receive a text message with your updated point balance and a link to view your loyalty status. You can also drop a message at hey@woodcandleco.com for your balance!

  • how much does this program cost?

    Zero. Zilch. Nada. Free…choose your word, as long as it means free, it’s correct!

  • What happens to my points if I return a purchase?

    If you return an item, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your balance.

  • Do my points expire?

    Nope! We believe you show be able to build and use your points as you wish. ❤️

  • How do I redeem my points?

    In-store: Let us know at checkout that you want to redeem your points for a reward.
    Online: Contact us at hey@woodcandleco.com to redeem.

    • Single Account per Person: Each customer may maintain only one loyalty account.

    • Enrollment Methods:

    • Standard Earning: Earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases, excluding taxes, shipping, and discounts.

    • Birthday Bonus: Receive 5 points during your birthday month (ensure your birth date is on file).

    • Promotional Offers: From time to time, we may offer additional point-earning opportunities. Details will be communicated through our official channels.

    • Redemption Options: Points can be redeemed for select products, such as wax melts, candles or accessories. Redemption options may vary based on availability.

    • Redemption Methods:

      • In-Store: Inform the cashier at checkout that you’d like to redeem your points.

      • Online: Email hey@woodcandleco.com before or after placing your order to apply your points.

    • Limitations:

      • Only one reward redemption per transaction.

      • Points cannot be used to cover taxes, shipping fees, or gift card purchases.

    • No Expiration: Points currently do not expire.

      • Non-Transferable: Points are non-transferable and have no cash value.

      • Account Integrity: Any suspected fraudulent activity may result in account suspension or termination, and forfeiture of points.

    • Program Changes: Wood Candle Co reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or updates on our website.
